Terms of use

These terms describe SEO Agent 1 Backup Runtime, operated by Mathieu Mariole for his own authorized business measurement data. Last updated 24 September 2026.

Authorized use

This is a private operator tool, not a public backup service. Use is limited to data, accounts and destinations the operator is entitled to access. Google authorization does not approve deployment, recurring schedules, new backup contents or unrelated data changes; those require the operator's separate instructions.

Scope of operation

Authorized backups are encrypted locally, uploaded to the designated owner-only Drive location and verified by downloading and comparing the encrypted bytes. The app retains metadata and integrity evidence locally. It refuses to proceed when identity, sharing, integrity or other required checks fail. It does not automatically delete or overwrite existing backups.

Operator responsibilities

The operator is responsible for maintaining sufficient Drive capacity and valid authorization, safeguarding credentials and the recovery key, reviewing backup contents, deciding retention, and performing periodic isolated restore tests. A matching checksum confirms byte integrity; it does not guarantee that every future recovery will succeed. Loss of keys, account access or retained archives may prevent recovery.

Availability and third-party services

Operation depends on local devices and software, Google services, network access and owner-held recovery credentials. There is no service-level or uninterrupted-availability promise. Google, Vercel and the owner's password manager remain subject to their own applicable terms. This app is not endorsed by Google.

Stopping use and changes

The owner can stop the tool and revoke Google access at any time. Existing backups remain until separately deleted. Changes to permissions, backup contents, recurring operation or retention must be reviewed before activation. The privacy policy explains data handling and removal options.
